Four people died and three are still missing due to a landslide in Yangthang, West Sikkim late last night. Three people died on the spot after being hit by the landslide. The police team engaged in the rescue operation, with the help of local villagers and SSB jawans, crossed the flooded Hume river using a temporary wooden bridge and rescued two injured women safely.
