प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की मां को गाली दिए जाने के मामले में एनडीए ने कड़ा विरोध जताते हुए बिहार बंद का आह्वान किया है. बंद की घोषणा मंगलवार को पटना में आयोजित संयुक्त प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में की गई. एनडीए नेताओं ने बताया कि 4 सितंबर को सुबह 7 बजे से दोपहर 12 बजे तक बिहार बंद रहेगा. इस दौरान एनडीए ने स्पष्ट किया है कि आपातकालीन सेवाओं को बाधित नहीं किया जाएगा.
