आर्मी चीफ जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी शुक्रवार को अपने गृह क्षेत्र मध्यप्रदेश के रीवा पहुंचे। एयरपोर्ट पर एक संत ने उनका तिलक किया, जिसके बाद पुष्पगुच्छ और शॉल भेंट कर उनका गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया गया। आर्मी चीफ जनरल उपेंद्र द्विवेदी ने कहा कि यहां पर आर्मी चीफ ने कहा कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर अभी खत्म नहीं हुआ, जब हमें उचित लगेगा तब समाप्त करेंगे। ऑपरेशन सिंदूर 2.0 की तैयारी है।

Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi arrived in Rewa, his hometown in Madhya Pradesh, on Friday. At the airport, a saint applied a tilak (vermilion mark) to his forehead, after which he was warmly welcomed with bouquets of flowers and a shawl. Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi stated that Operation Sindoor is not yet over and will be concluded when deemed appropriate. Preparations are underway for Operation Sindoor 2.0.
