Dad released from ICE custody reunites with cancer-stricken daughter
A man whose 16-year-old daughter is battling stage 4 cancer was released from immigration detention on Thursday, according to his family.

A spokesperson for the family of Ruben Torres-Maldonado told ABC News the undocumented father was released from Clay County Jail in Brazil, Indiana, and was on his way to Chicago to reunite with his daughter, Ofelia Torres, on Thursday evening.
