Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, joined ET Now to discuss the company’s Q2 FY26 performance.

Brigade posted ₹2,000 crore in pre-sales, up 12% YoY, driven primarily by premium pricing and luxury launches rather than volumes.

Shankar noted that the average realization per sq. ft. rose to ₹12,200, excluding one plotted project that temporarily diluted the blended number.

She highlighted a strong outlook for revenue and EBITDA margins as residential projects under construction get recognized over the next few quarters.
