ओवैसी उस सीमांचल इलाके में फोकस कर रहे हैं जहां तेजस्वी को सबसे ज्यादा उम्मीद है. सीमांचल की ज्यादातर सीटों पर मुस्लिम वोटर डिसाइडिंग फैक्टर है. तेजस्वी ने वादा किया है कि अगर उनकी सरकार बनी तो बिहार में वक्फ एक्ट लागू नहीं होने देंगे. मुसलमानों के हकों की रक्षा करेंगे, ओवैसी ने तेजस्वी की इसी बात को पकड़ा. ओवैसी ने कहा कि तेजस्वी यादव को संविधान की समझ नहीं है. उन्हें पता ही नहीं है कि संसद से पास कानून को कोई राज्य सरकार रद्दी की टोकरी में नहीं फेंक सकती. ओवैसी ने कहा कि तेजस्वी या तो खुद नासमझ हैं या फिर वो मुसलमानों को बेवकूफ बना रहे हैं.
Owaisi is focusing on the Seemanchal region, where Tejashwi holds the greatest hopes. Muslim voters are the deciding factor in most of the Seemanchal seats. Tejashwi has promised that if his government is formed, he will not allow the Waqf Act to be implemented in Bihar and will protect the rights of Muslims. Owaisi took advantage of this statement of Tejashwi. Owaisi said that Tejashwi Yadav does not understand the Constitution. He does not know that a state government cannot throw away a law passed by Parliament. Owaisi said that Tejashwi is either foolish himself or is fooling Muslims.
