लोकआस्था के महापर्व छठ का आज समापन हो रहा है। उगते सूर्य को अर्घ्य देने के साथ साथ पिछले तीन दिनों से मनाया जा रहा ये पर्व आज समाप्त हो जाएगा। पटना में आज सुबह पांच बजकर 55 मिनट पर सूर्योदय हो चुका है। इसलिये श्रद्धालु अर्घ्य दे रहे हैं। घाटों पर श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ उमड़ पड़ी है। कुछ जगहों पर सूर्योदय हो चुका है तो कहीं सूर्य की पहली किरण की प्रतीक्षा की जा रही है। कमर तक पानी में जाकर छठ के व्रती सूर्य को अर्घ्य देंगे उसके बाद ठेकुआ प्रसाद के साथ व्रत का समापन होगा।

Chhath, the great festival of folk faith, is concluding today. This festival, which has been celebrated for the past three days, will conclude today with the offering of arghya to the rising sun. The sun rose at 5:55 am in Patna this morning. Therefore, devotees are offering arghya. Crowds of devotees have gathered at the ghats. In some places, the sun has already risen, while in others, the first rays of the sun are being awaited. Chhath devotees will go waist-deep in water and offer arghya to the sun, after which the fast will conclude with the Thekua Prasad.
