इस्तांबुल में तालिबान और पाकिस्तान के बीच समझौते की जो वार्ता चल रही थी..वो भी बेनतीजा रही है । यानि तालिबान और पाकिस्तान के बीच कोई समझौता नहीं हो पाया है । आज आपको इसकी वजह भी समझनी चाहिए । पाकिस्तान चाहता है तालिबान ऐसे संगठनों पर नकेल कसे..जो उनकी जान के दुश्मन बने हैं…तालिबान प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने TTP और अन्य आतंकी संगठनों पर कार्रवाई करने से इनकार किया ..पाकिस्तान कह रहा है अफगानिस्तान में TTP, BLA और अन्य समूहों के सेफ हेवन खत्म किए जाएं। पाकिस्तान के अधिकारियों ने इससे जुड़े कुछ फोटोग्राफिक और डॉक्यूमेंट वाले सबूत भी पेश किए । लेकिन तालिबान प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने कोई भी लिखित आश्वासन देने से मना कर दिया।
