The main accused in the murder of journalist Laxmi Narayan Singh alias Pappu (54) with a sharp weapon late Thursday evening near Harsh Hotel under the Civil Lines police station in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, was arrested by the police after a late night encounter.
