बीजेपी विधायक राजेशवर सिंह ने योगी आदित्यनाथ को नई जनसंख्या नीति का प्रस्ताव दिया है। इस नीति का नाम ‘एरिया-वाइज डेमोग्राफिक पॉलिसी’ है। इसका लक्ष्य उत्तर प्रदेश में जनसंख्या को संतुलित करना है। नीति के तहत जिलों को तीन श्रेणियों में बांटा जाएगा। लड़कियों की शिक्षा और परिवार नियोजन पर जोर दिया जाएगा।
