In an exclusive conversation, Mr. Pradeep Gupta discusses the company’s strong Q2 performance, reporting 13% sequential revenue growth to ₹227 crore and a 22% PAT jump driven by robust non-broking revenues.
Non-broking income surged 39%, led by 64% growth in distribution business and 17% rise in margin trading funding. The firm’s EBITDA margin improved 358 bps to 40.8%, reflecting strong operating efficiency.
With a ₹1,085 crore MTF book and ₹7,700 crore AUM, the company is targeting a 50:50 revenue split between broking and non-broking businesses by FY27. For FY26–27, management expects MTF book to reach ₹1,400–1,500 crore and AUM to cross ₹9,500 crore, backed by steady growth and profitability.
