Palestine Action: UK govt loses bid to block legal challenge over ban
The Court of Appeal in the UK has ruled that a legal challenge to the ban on protest group Palestine Action can go ahead, overruling an attempt by the government to have it blocked. Palestine Action was proscribed under anti-terrorism laws in July after activists broke into a Royal Air Force base and damaged two military aircraft earlier in the year.
