A South Korean government team is now in Phnom Penh seeking the repatriation of dozens of citizens, and to hold talks with Cambodian officials.

The prison-like centres have been growing – not just in Cambodia, but in Laos and Myanmar.
And they’re generating nearly 44 billion dollars a year.
