Pakistan and Afghanistan are once again at loggerheads as fresh clashes broke out early Oct 15. Afghan Taliban claims 12 civilians were killed and over 100 wounded in the clash. The skirmish ruptured fragile peace that had briefly taken hold after clashes that killed dozens. Taliban continues to deny the presence of Pakistani militants in Afghanistan. Pakistan however blames Taliban for the clashes and claims four civilians were wounded in the clashes. Pakistan claims Taliban forces attacked Pakistani post near Chaman district
