Donald Trump and Egypt’s al Sissi officially approved the layout for peace in Gaza at a summit in Egypt on October 13, 2025, which Trump’s administration brokered. It seeks to progressively bring about peace in Gaza and rebuild the enclave. They are now due to discuss the next steps of the plan.
