As Hamas Chief Announces ‘End Of War’, Gaza Rocked By Explosion; Netanyahu Fools Trump To Save Govt?
On October 9, 2025, Hamas Chief Khalil al-Hayya announced an historic U.S.-brokered agreement to end the war and aggression in Gaza. The ceasefire will see a withdrawal of Israeli forces, the entry of humanitarian aid, and the opening of the Rafah crossing. According to the deal, hundreds of Palestinian prisoners—including women, children, and those sentenced to life—will be released in exchange for the hostages held by Hamas.
As celebrations erupted in Gaza and Israel, airstrikes continued even as leaders promised peace.
