An Indian student was shot dead at a Dallas gas station in Texas. The Hyderabad-based victim, identified as 28-year-old Chandrashekar Pole, worked part-time at the gas station where he was reportedly shot by “robbers”. His family has appealed for justice. Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy condemned the killing and assured all possible assistance to the victim’s family. Meanwhile, the Indian embassy said that it is assisting the victim’s family with the repatriation of Pole’s remains and that an investigation is underway.
