With the Tomahawk missile deal in dolldrums, Ukraine may soon receive a new American weapon: the Barracuda. Built by $32B defense startup Anduril, these cruise-like missiles are cheaper, faster to produce, and can be deployed in massive numbers. With ranges up to 939 km and advanced evasion tech, Barracudas could give Kyiv deep-strike capabilities against Russian oil refineries, military bases, and supply hubs.
