यूपी के बरेली में 26 सितंबर को हुए बवाल के बाद पुलिस प्रशासन अलर्ट मोड पर है। 26 सितंबर हिंसा के बाद आज पहला जुमा है। इसे देखते हुए जिले में भारी पुलिस फोर्स को तैनात किया गया है। बरेली जिले में 8 हजार जवानों को तैनात किया गया है। जिले के हर एंट्री प्वाइंट पर बाहर से आने वालों की सख्ती से जांच की जा रही है। गुरुवार को पुलिस प्रशासन के आला अफसरों ने फ्लैग मार्च किया। इसके साथ ही संवेदनशील इलाकों को सेक्टर में बांटा गया है। जहां मजिस्ट्रेट की तैनात की गई है। साथ ही पूरे शहर पर ड्रोन और CCTV से नजर रखी जा रही है। प्रशासन ने जिले के ताजा हालात को देखते हुए बरेली में 48 घंटों के लिए इंटरनेट सेवा को बंद कर दिया है। इसके साथ ही बरेली से सटे जिले शाहजहांपुर, पीलीभीत और बदायूं में हाई अलर्ट कर दिया गया है।

दिल्ली के जेएनयू में प्रतिमा विसर्जन और पुतला दहन को लेकर ABVP और लेफ़्ट गुटों में भिड़ंत। शरजिल इमाम और खालिद उमर का पुतला दहन के एलान के बाद भड़का विवाद। ABVP का आरोप शोभायात्रा को दिखायी चप्पल और लकड़ी फेंकी गया। लेफ़्ट ने कहा भड़काऊ नारेबाज़ी की गयी

The ABVP alleges that slippers and sticks were thrown at the procession. The Left alleges that inflammatory slogans were raised.
