Manchester attack: Police say two dead after assault near synagogue
Police in the UK say they believe a man who attacked a group of people near a synagogue in the city of Manchester – was a 35-year-old British citizen of Syrian descent. He was shot dead by police. Three other people are now in custody on terrorism charges. The car and knife assault has left two people dead and three in hospital.
