उत्तर प्रदेश में आवारा कुत्ते जानलेवा बनते जा रहे हैं। फतेहपुर में पालतू कुत्ते ने चार वर्षीय बच्चे पर हमला कर घायल कर दिया जबकि इटावा में आवारा कुत्ते ने नौ लोगों को काटकर जख्मी कर दिया। हाल ही में इटावा में पालतू कुत्ते ने 11 वर्षीय बच्चे की जान ले ली थी। लगातार घटनाओं से लोगों में दहशत है।
