Trump complains of broken teleprompter, stalled escalator during UN speech
U.S. President Donald Trumped used part of his speech at the UN General Assembly Tuesday to complain about a broken teleprompter, telling gathered world leaders that the person operating the teleprompter “is in big trouble.” He also referred to an incident earlier that morning where one of the escalators in the UN headquarters building in New York City stalled while he and his wife were riding it.
