“Swasth Nari, Sashakt Pariwar Abhiyan” brings special women’s health OPD to Gujarat
Gujarat government has launched a special women’s OPD screening at Sir Sayajirao General (SSG) Hospital, Vadodara under the “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Pariwar Abhiyan”. Timed with PM Narendra Modi’s birthday, observed as Seva Saptah, the initiative runs nationwide from September 17 to October 2. Inaugurated on PM Modi’s 75th birthday, it is a joint effort by the Ministries of Health and Family Welfare and Women and Child Development, focusing on women’s health, awareness, prevention, and long-term care. Aligned with Mission Shakti and Poshan 2.0, it ensures accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare. With over 1 lakh health camps nationwide, SNSPA is India’s largest health awareness campaign, reinforcing the message: “Swasth Nari, Sashakt Pariwar.”
