Typhoon Ragasa Slams Northern Philippines, Residents Evacuated Amid Rising Floods | #shorts
Residents in the northern Philippines were evacuated on September 22 after Super Typhoon Ragasa swept through, triggering heavy rains as the country’s disaster response agency went on full alert. In footage, residents were rescued after a river started to overflow in Ilocos Sur Province.
