Bihar Seat Analysis 2025: In 2020, the Congress candidate won by a margin of approximately 4,000 votes. Chirag Paswan’s party was the biggest contributor to JDU’s defeat. The Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) cut JDU’s votes, benefiting Congress. The margin of victory was less than the vote share of the LJP (Ram Vilas) candidate. This clearly shows that if the LJP (Ram Vilas) had not fielded a candidate on this seat, JDU’s victory was certain.
