इस साल सितंबर महीने से त्योहार शुरुआत हो गई है. सोमवार 22 सितंबर से नवरात्र भी शुरू हो गए हैं. इसके बाद अक्टूबर माह में देश भर में दशहरा, दीपावली समेत कई अन्य त्योहार बड़ी ही धूमधाम से मनाये जाएंगे. नवरात्र के साथ-साथ अन्य त्यौहारों पर भी काफी बड़े स्तर पर लाउडस्पीकर और डीजे का प्रयोग किया जाता है. त्योहारों को देखते हुए दिल्ली सरकार ने अब रात 10 बजे के बाद लाउडस्पीकर बजाने की अवधि को 12 बजे तक बढ़ा दिया है. यह छूट 22 सितम्बर से 3 अक्टूबर तक लागू रहेगी.

Following this, in October, Dussehra, Diwali, and many other festivals will be celebrated with great pomp across the country. Loudspeakers and DJs are used extensively during Navratri as well as other festivals. In view of the festivals, the Delhi government has now extended the time allowed for loudspeakers after 10 pm to 12 am. This relaxation will be applicable from September 22nd to October 3rd.
