Maruti Suzuki India has announced a massive price cut on 18 of its popular cars after the GST rate revision. Effective from 22 September 2025, the company is passing on the full benefit of lower GST rates to customers. The discounts range from ₹46,000 on Ertiga to a massive ₹1.29 lakh on S-Presso.
This price revision covers a wide range of vehicles — from entry-level hatchbacks like Alto K10, Wagon-R, Celerio and Swift to premium SUVs like Brezza, Grand Vitara and Jimny. For first-time buyers, this is a golden opportunity to purchase a budget-friendly car, while families looking for premium options also get big savings.
The highest price cuts are on S-Presso (₹1.29 lakh), Brezza (₹1.12 lakh), Fronx (₹1.12 lakh) and Alto K10 (₹1.07 lakh). Even popular models like Baleno, Dzire, Ignis, and Wagon-R have become cheaper.
Maruti Suzuki said that this step will boost automobile demand, make cars more affordable and give fresh energy to the Indian passenger vehicle industry.

Maruti Suzuki India ने ग्राहकों के लिए बड़ी खुशखबरी दी है. कंपनी ने घोषणा की है कि 22 सितंबर 2025 से कारों की कीमतें घटा दी जाएंगी क्योंकि GST दरों में कटौती का पूरा फायदा अब ग्राहकों को मिलेगा.
इस फैसले के बाद Maruti की 18 कारें ₹46,000 से लेकर ₹1.29 लाख तक सस्ती हो गई हैं. सबसे ज्यादा कटौती S-Presso, Brezza, Fronx और Alto K10 पर हुई है. वहीं, Wagon-R, Swift, Dzire और Baleno जैसी मिड-सेगमेंट कारें भी पहले से सस्ती हो गई हैं.
इस कदम से पहली बार कार खरीदने वाले और एंट्री-लेवल ग्राहक सबसे ज्यादा फायदा उठाएंगे. वहीं, Grand Vitara, Jimny और XL6 जैसी प्रीमियम कारों की कीमतों में भी बड़ी कमी आई है.
Maruti Suzuki का मानना है कि इस कदम से ऑटोमोबाइल इंडस्ट्री को नई मजबूती मिलेगी और सेल्स को बूस्ट मिलेगा.
