Supreme Court On Waqf Amendment Bill : सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वक्फ अमेंडमेंट कानून से जुड़े मामले में आज अहम फैसला सुनाया है. नए कानून के तहत वक्फ करने वाले व्यक्ति के लिए यह शर्त रखी गई थी कि वह कम से कम 5 साल से इस्लाम की प्रैक्टिस कर रहा हो. अब कोर्ट ने इस शर्त पर रोक लगा दी है और कहा है कि इसे लागू करना व्यावहारिक नहीं है.

The Supreme Court has given an important verdict today in a case related to the Waqf Amendment Act. Under the new law, a condition was put for the person doing Waqf that he should have been practicing Islam for at least 5 years. Now the court has banned this condition and said that it is not practical to implement it.
