Air India and IndiGo on Tuesday cancelled their flights between Delhi and Kathmandu as the neighbouring country plunged deeper into chaos after intense pressure from Gen-Z protests that resulted in the death of 19 people. Air India said in a statement that in view of the current situation prevailing in Kathmandu, “the following flights AI2231/2232, AI2219/2220, AI217/218 and AI211/212 operating on the Delhi-Kathmandu-Delhi route have been cancelled today”.

एयर इंडिया और इंडिगो ने मंगलवार को दिल्ली और काठमांडू के बीच अपनी उड़ानें रद्द कर दीं, क्योंकि पड़ोसी देश में जन-जन के विरोध प्रदर्शनों के कारण भारी अराजकता फैल गई है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप 19 लोगों की मौत हो गई। एयर इंडिया ने एक बयान में कहा कि काठमांडू में मौजूदा हालात को देखते हुए, “दिल्ली-काठमांडू-दिल्ली रूट पर चलने वाली AI2231/2232, AI2219/2220, AI217/218 और AI211/212 उड़ानें आज रद्द कर दी गई हैं। Gen_Z आंदोलनकारियों ने रैपर बालेंद्र शाह को प्रधानमंत्री बनाने की मांग की है।
