#AlJazeera Israel engaging in ‘gangster’ behaviour: Marwan Bishara

The Qatari Foreign Ministry condemned the strikes as a “criminal attack” that “constitutes a flagrant violation of all international laws and norms”.

Netanyahu said Israel takes “full responsibility” for the attack, suggesting he wants to signal that his government acted alone – without US cooperation.

Al Jazeera’s Senior Political Analyst, Marwan Bishara, says a ceasefire proposal was used to set up this attack.
