महाराष्ट्र में मराठा आरक्षण की मांग को लेकर मनोज जरांगे पांच दिन से मुंबई के आजाद मैदान में भूख हड़ताल पर हैं. वो मराठा समाज के लिए कुनबी का दर्जा देने की मांग कर रहे हैं, जिसे लेकर ओबीसी समुदाय की बेचैनी बढ़ गई है. महाराष्ट्र सरकार के मंत्री छगन भुजबल ने ओबीसी नेताओं के साथ बैठक कर अपने तेवर सख्त कर लिए हैं. उन्होंने साफ तौर पर कहा कि ओबीसी कोटे में किसी भी जाति को गैरकानूनी तरीके से शामिल नहीं किया जाना चाहिए.
Manoj Jarange has been on a hunger strike for five days at Azad Maidan in Mumbai demanding Maratha reservation in Maharashtra. He is demanding Kunbi status for the Maratha community, which has increased the anxiety of the OBC community. Maharashtra government minister Chhagan Bhujbal has hardened his stance after meeting with OBC leaders. He clearly said that no caste should be included in the OBC quota illegally.
