Russia says it hit Ukrainian reconnaissance ship with unmanned speedboat, releases video of attack
Russia’s Defence Ministry announced that Russian forces employed an unmanned speedboat to strike and sink a Ukrainian reconnaissance boat named “Simferopol” on Thursday, August 28, 2025, near the mouth of the Danube River.
