गोलचा की नियुक्ति ऐसे समय में हुई है जब, एक दिन पहले बुधवार (20 अगस्त) को मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता की सुरक्षा में चूक हुई. सीएम के ऊपर सरकारी आवास में जनसुनवाई के दौरान एक शख्स ने हमला कर दिया. इसके फौरन बाद आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. इस मामले में पुलिस ने हत्या की कोशिश का मामला दर्ज किया है.

A man attacked the CM during a public hearing at the government residence. The accused was arrested immediately after this. The police have registered a case of attempted murder in this matter.
