Bill Pulte, the head of President Donald Trump’s housing regulatory agency, said Wednesday that his investigation into Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook, a Biden appointee, for alleged mortgage fraud would have occurred regardless of Cook’s political affiliation.

Earlier on Wednesday morning, Pulte wrote on social media, “Lisa Cooked is cooked.”
