OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar on competition with Google Search over users’ data
OpenAI CFO Sarah Friar said on Wednesday that access to certain user data is making ChatGPT “incredibly valuable” for enterprise customers.

She added that she thinks ChatGPT is being underestimated in its search competition with Google, due to users’ back-and-forth with the AI chatbot and differences in how searches are counted.
