मेरठ-करनाल हाईवे के भुनी टोल प्लाजा पर आर्मी के जवान को टोल न देने के एवज में टोल कर्मचारियों द्वारा बेरहमी से पीटा गया. इसका सोशल मीडिया पर वीडियो भी वायरल हो रहा है. जिस आर्मी के जवान को टोल कर्मचारियों ने पीटा, उसका नाम कपिल कावड़ बताया जा रहा है. कपिल के पिता ने पुलिस में इसकी शिकायत की है. शिकायत के बाद पुलिस ने इस पूरे मामले में अपनी जांच शुरू कर दी है.
