Ottawa has approved Enbridge’s $4-billion plan to expand a B.C. pipeline network. Cory Hogan is the parliamentary secretary to the minister of Energy and Natural Resources. Hogan tells Power & Politics, ‘You’ll see more things happening down the road,’ but declined to comment on talks of reviving the Keystone XL pipeline.
