दिल्ली की साकेत कोर्ट ने IRS अफसर की बेटी की रेप और हत्या मामले के आरोपी राहुल मीणा को 4 दिन की पुलिस रिमांड पर भेज दिया है। दिल्ली पुलिस ने अदालत से कस्टडी की मांग करते हुए कहा कि आरोपी को क्राइम सीन रीक्रिएट करवाना है…और उसे अलवर भी ले जाने की जरूरत है…सुनवाई के दौरान आरोपी के शरीर पर चोट के निशान भी देखे गए…इसकी जानकारी उसने खुद अदालत में दी…आरोपी ने बताया कि क्राइम सीन से भागते वक्त उसे चोट लग गई थी..अब दिल्ली पुलिस आरोपी राहुल मीणा को क्राइम सीन रिक्रिएट करने के लिए ले जा सकती है…साथ ही दिल्ली पुलिस उसे अलवर भी ले जा सकती है..वहीं अलवर पुलिस भी रेप के मामले में आरोपी का रिमांड लेने की तैयारी कर रही है…पुलिस ने आरोपी के पास से कैश और ज्वैलरी भी बरामद की है…इस मामले में एक और बड़ा खुलासा हुआ है…आरोपी ने कहा कि उसने IRS अफसर के घर में केवल चोरी का प्लान बनाया था…लेकिन जब लड़की ने लॉकर खोलने से इनकार किया तो उसने उसकी हत्या कर दी…राहुल मीणा ने भारी चीज से कई बार लड़की के सिर पर वार किया…उसके बाद मोबाइल की चार्जिंग केबल से उसका गला घोंट दिया…इसके बाद जब लड़की बेहोश हो गई तो उसने रेप किया।

While seeking custody from the court, the Delhi Police stated that they need to have the accused recreate the crime scene and that it is also necessary to take him to Alwar. During the hearing, injury marks were observed on the accused’s body—a fact he himself disclosed to the court. The accused explained that he sustained these injuries while fleeing the crime scene. The Delhi Police can now take the accused, Rahul Meena, to recreate the crime scene; additionally, they may also take him to Alwar. Meanwhile, the Alwar Police are also preparing to seek the accused’s custody in connection with the rape case. The police have also recovered cash and jewelry from the accused’s possession. Another major revelation has emerged in this case: the accused stated that his original plan was merely to commit theft at the IRS officer’s residence; however, when the young woman refused to open the locker, he murdered her. Rahul Meena struck the young woman on the head multiple times with a heavy object, after which he strangled her using a mobile phone charging cable. Once the young woman had lost consciousness, he proceeded to rape her.
