In Pu’er, change is unfolding in real time. Tea fields stretch across the hills, alongside a growing coffee industry. Life in the countryside is not slowing down – it’s moving forward in new directions. The film Coffee or Tea was shot on Jingmai Mountain, telling a story of young people returning to the countryside and starting over. Today, more and more young people are making the same choice – going back home and building new possibilities between tea and coffee.
