ये हमला उस वक्त हुआ है जब….इस्लामाबाद में अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच बातचीत की तैयारी चल रही है…अमेरिका ने अपने डेलीगेशन को भेजने का ऐलान कर दिया था..लेकिन इन हालातों के बीच ईरान ने बातचीत से साफ इनकार कर दिया है…खबर है कि अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच बाचतीत का मसौदा तैयार हो चुका था…इस्लामाबाद में पूरी तैयारी भी हो चुकी थी…लेकिन ईरान ने ये कहकर दूसरे राउंड की बातचीत खारिज कर दी है…कि अमेरिका जो डिमांड कर रहा है…उसे मानना मुमकिन नहीं है।

This attack has occurred at a time when preparations for talks between the United States and Iran are underway in Islamabad. The U.S. had already announced its intention to dispatch a delegation; however, amidst these circumstances, Iran has categorically refused to participate in the dialogue. Reports suggest that a draft for the talks between the U.S. and Iran had already been finalized, and all arrangements in Islamabad were complete. Nevertheless, Iran has rejected this second round of negotiations, stating that the demands being put forward by the United States are impossible to accept.
