अगर उकी अपील पर वोटिंग से 48 घंटे पहले तक फैसला हो जाता है तो वो वोट डाल सकेंगे. सु्प्रीम कोर्ट ने इलेक्शन कमीशन को ऐसे लोगों के लिए सप्लीमेंट्री रिवाइज्ड इलेक्टोरल रोल जारी करने का आदेश दिया है.

The Supreme Court has delivered two significant rulings regarding the elections in Bengal. First, the Court stated that individuals whose names were struck off the voter list and who subsequently filed an appeal with the Tribunal—

If a decision on their appeal is reached at least 48 hours prior to the voting, they will be eligible to cast their votes. The Supreme Court has directed the Election Commission to issue a supplementary revised electoral roll for such individuals.
