नोएडा के फेस-2 में लक्ष्मी रिमोट कंपनी के बाहर आज सुबह एक बार फिर मजदूर धरने पर बैठ गए..और बढ़ी हुई सैलरी की नोटिस कंपनी के गेट पर लगाने की मांग करने लगे.. मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने मजदूरों को समझाकर वापस काम पर भेजा और फिर मजदूरों की मांग को पूरी करते हुए बढ़ी हुई सैलरी की नोटिस कंपनी के गेट पर लगवाया.. दरअसल मजदूरों को भरोसा नहीं था कि उन्हें कंपनी सैलरी बढ़ाकर देगी..और इसीलिए उनकी डिमांड थी कि ये नोटिस गेट पर लगवाया जाए..

Workers at the Lakshmi Remote Company in Noida’s Phase-2 once again staged a sit-in protest outside the premises this morning, demanding that a notice regarding their salary hike be posted on the company gate. Upon arriving at the scene, the police reasoned with the workers and persuaded them to return to work; subsequently, acceding to the workers’ demands, they ensured that the notice regarding the salary increase was indeed affixed to the company gate. The workers’ insistence stemmed from a lack of trust—they did not believe the company would actually implement the salary hike—and for this very reason, they demanded that the official notice be displayed on the gate.
