दिल्ली से देहरादून आने-जाने वालों के लिए अच्छी खबर है..अब आप दिल्ली से देहरादून का सफऱ छह घंटे के बजाए सिर्फ 3 घंटे में तय कर पाएंगे….प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने आज 213 किलोमीटर लंबे दिल्ली-देहरादून एक्सप्रेसवे का उद्घाटन किया..खास बात ये है कि इस एक्सप्रेसवे का फायदा यूपी को भी मिलेगा, क्योंकि सड़क का 165 किलोमीटर का हिस्सा यूपी से गुजरता है..देहरादून से गाज़ियाबाद, बागपत, शामली, मुज़फ्फनगर और सहारनपुर जैसे जिलों की कनैक्टिविटी भी अच्छी हो जाएगी…..दिल्ली-देहरादून एक्सप्रेसवे बनाने में वाइल्डलाइफ का भी खास ख्याल रखा है..इस रूट में राजाजी नेशनल पार्क पड़ता है तो इसे ध्यान में रखते हुए एशिया का सबसे लंबा ‘वाइल्डलाइफ कॉरिडोर’ बनाया गया है.
There is good news for commuters traveling between Delhi and Dehradun. You can now complete the journey from Delhi to Dehradun in just three hours, instead of the previous six. Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the 213-kilometer-long Delhi-Dehradun Expressway. A significant highlight is that this expressway will also benefit Uttar Pradesh, as a 165-kilometer stretch of the road passes through the state. Connectivity from Dehradun to districts such as Ghaziabad, Baghpat, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar, and Saharanpur is also set to improve significantly. Special care has been taken to protect wildlife during the construction of the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway. Since the route traverses the Rajaji National Park, Asia’s longest ‘Wildlife Corridor’ has been constructed to address this specific consideration
