As a new Xiong’an people, kindergarten teacher Jimmy Redinger feels that the people here have a really open mind to different cultures and an international view for the future. “This city is a baby. It’s still young. It’s still developing. It’s still changing. So when you come here, be ready for changes. be ready to adapt to the city as it grows and as it changes,” Jimmy said.
