Taiwan’s opposition leader Cheng Li-wun this week became the first sitting chair of its largest opposition party, Kuomintang, to visit the Chinese mainland in a decade. She met with Chinese Communist Party (CCP) chief and China’s President Xi Jinping in Beijing on Friday (Apr 10).
