इस्लामाबाद में सीजफायर पर बात होनी है लेकिन ईरान-अमेरिका जंग में पाकिस्तान की मध्यस्थता नाकाम हो गई. पाकिस्तान की मध्यस्थता 12 घंटे भी नहीं टिक पाई. लेबनान पर हमला हो गया तो उधर पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ अपने लिए झूठी तालियां बजवा रहे हैं. शहबाज कह रहे हैं टोक्यो से लंदन तक सिर्फ उनकी चर्चा हो रही है वो ये नहीं बता रहे हैं कि उनकी मध्यस्थता नाकाम हो गई.

Talks regarding a ceasefire are scheduled to take place in Islamabad; however, Pakistan’s mediation efforts in the conflict between Iran and the U.S. have failed. Pakistan’s mediation did not even last for 12 hours. Even as an attack was launched on Lebanon, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif was busy orchestrating false applause for himself. Shehbaz claims that he is the sole topic of discussion from Tokyo to London, yet he conveniently fails to mention that his mediation has ended in failure.
