The US specifically targeted an Iranian missile launch site. In retaliation, Iran has also launched a counter-attack, striking several Israeli cities with ballistic missiles. So far, 2,076 people have been killed in Iran as a result of these US-Israeli attacks, while more than 26,000 have been injured.
