Supreme Court On Bengal SIR : बंगाल के वोटर पर ‘सुप्रीम’ सुनवाई, किसे फटकार लगाई? | Mamata Banerjee #IndiaTV

एसआईआर को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस की ओर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट को 60 लाख आपत्तियों पर डिटेल से जानकारी दी गई. कलकत्ता हाईकोर्ट की ओर से कहा गया कि हर दिन 1 लाख 75 हजार से 2 लाख के बीच आपत्तियों पर विचार किया जा रहा है. 60 लाख में से 47 लाख आपत्तियों का निपटारा 31 मार्च तक हो चुका है. बाकी बची 13 लाख आपत्तियों पर फैसला 7 अप्रैल तक कर दिया जाएगा. सीजेआई सूर्यकांत, जस्टिस जॉयमाल्य बागची और विपुल एम पंचोली की बेंच ने इस पर खुशी जताई.

A hearing regarding the SIR took place in the Supreme Court. The Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court provided the Supreme Court with detailed information concerning the 6 million objections. The Calcutta High Court stated that between 175,000 and 200,000 objections are being reviewed daily. Out of the 6 million objections, 4.7 million had been disposed of by March 31. A decision regarding the remaining 1.3 million objections will be reached by April 7. The bench comprising CJI Surya Kant, Justice Joymalya Bagchi, and Justice Vipul M. Pancholi expressed satisfaction over this development.
