High Schoolers Help Fix Cars and Donate Them to Single Moms
A group of Louisa County High School students in Virginia are hard at work at a special trade program in partnership with Giving Words, a local non-profit that fixes used cars and then gives them away to deserving single moms for free. What started in the founder’s driveway has now blossomed across the state with more than 60 donated cars revived to date, unlocking a road to endless possibilities for hard-working moms.
