FOX 29 Philadelphia 15-year-old shot multiple times in Philadelphia’s Spring Garden, now in stable condition

A 15-year-old boy is in stable condition after being shot multiple times in Philadelphia’s Spring Garden neighborhood. Police say the shooting happened Friday afternoon along North 13th Street. No arrests have been made and a motive remains unclear.
